- Pre-heat oven to 500 leave a pizza stone at the lowest your rack can go as pre heating.
- Lay parchment paper with a mixture of corn meal and all purpose flour ( OR one or the other)
- Shape dough into a circle. When done shaping place on parchment paper with the flour mixture so it won’t stick.
- Cover the dough and let rise until puffy
- When risen you can add all your topping and throw in the oven until your crust is a golden brown color
