Pizza Dough Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 500 leave a pizza stone at the lowest your rack can go as pre heating.
  2. Lay parchment paper with a mixture of corn meal and all purpose flour ( OR one or the other)
  3. Shape dough into a circle. When done shaping place on parchment paper with the flour mixture so it won’t stick.
  4. Cover the dough and let rise until puffy
  5. When risen you can add all your topping and throw in the oven until your crust is a golden brown color
